タバコのパッケージは吸わない未成年者には喫煙防止になるが、すでにタバコを吸う人には効果は私は疑問視している。やはり価格引き上げだろう。人生を送るには金はかかる。タバコ代に回す余裕はない（と思う）

「説明を最後まで全部聞かないと何を言おうとしているのかわからない」という状況で、日本の学校の先生は「最後まで聞かないのが悪い」と言いますけど、アメリカの場合は「もっとわかりやすく話せ」になるわけです。「聞きながら理解できる話し方」をしないから、授業中も会議中も居眠りが出るんです。

日本もパッケージを変えてほしいが、せめて価格引き上げは必要。先進諸国に合わせ1箱1000円だろう。喫煙者を減らし、新規喫煙者（未成年者）を減らさないとガンや心筋梗塞は減らない。医療費も削減できない。社会保障全体（医療・介護）もタバコ対策を進めないと増え続ける。

豪州は飲食店や公共施設の禁煙化も2000年には達成済み。タバコ対策の早い国。2020年には1箱25本入りを3500円前後まで価格引き上げを予定。タバコ関連病減少と次世代が薬物依存症になることを減らす（極力ゼロに）ため。

@nosmokerider 食糧費ばかりか医療費の増税も嫌ですね。新聞の優遇は政権批判を恐怖しての決断ですから、将来的には新聞よりもテレビ情報誌や醜聞が少ない固め報道に特化した週刊誌に切り替える人が増えるかもしれませんね。

店内で食べたら外食として10%、持ち帰りは8%。牛丼など。そば屋は店内なら10%、出前は8%。フードコートは10%。コンビニのイートインは10%、持ち帰りは8%。気が変わって持ち帰りをコンビニのイートインで食べたら店員が2%を徴収するのか？

@YukoOhnaka 米国だと最悪の場合、訴訟になる恐れがありますね。あと、もしかしたらですが少子高齢化でアルツハイマーに罹患してる人が多いのかもしれません。日本の場合は意図的にいやがらせのような発言をしてる人が多い可能性もあります。野党の反対の為の反対みたいなものです。

誰かに質問する場合、思いついたことを次々と口に出し、行間や空気を読んでもらい、それをぼやーっとまとめて答えてもらえると期待してはダメです。何を聞きたいのか、どう答えたら良いのかちゃんとわかるように口に出して言いましょう。これは日本人の大問題で、英語で話すともっと極端になります。
